Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Hi guys, are we able to auto clear Additional Slack message each time after publishing, so old message will not accidentally get published

Our artists are also saying it will be best if the bottom comment line can be synced to Additional Slack Message, so they we don''t have to copy and paste bottom comment to the Additional Slack Message

maybe Additional Slack message should be completely removed and replaced by Comment field (or use Comment field and use Additional only for concatenating something extra special just for Slack as Comment would be used in AYON, potentially Ftrack etc.

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
