When looking at this presentation through the github pages page (https://yogsototh.github.io/Category-Theory-Presentation/), mathjax doesn't load because http is explicitly used in the script source. You should switch it to use either explicitly https, or just // (ie, <script src="//cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML"></script>)
