How to import All cities in Django cities_light #225

I want to import all the cities, but I didn't get all the cities. I want to import canada and USA cities but I just got Canada cities, not USA.

      CITIES_LIGHT_TRANSLATION_LANGUAGES = ['fr','en']
     CITIES_LIGHT_INCLUDE_COUNTRIES = ['CA','US']
      CITIES_LIGHT_INCLUDE_CITY_TYPES = ['PPL', 'PPLA', 'PPLA2', 'PPLA3', 'PPLA4', 'PPLC', 'PPLF', 'PPLG', 'PPLL', 'PPLR', 'PPLS', 'STLMT',]

This what I include in settings.py
