Some apps have builtin Emacs keybindings, but some don't.
For instance, with the new X11 keyboard, I can still Ctrl+A Ctrl+E in VSCode, iterm2, etc
but not in Google Chrome.
Would be great if there's a way to force-enable them on top of any keyboard,
otherwise maybe we need to create "emacs variants".
