When I tried to run deepgene_demo.m the following error is showing

Error using load
Unable to read file 'model/cluster_data_0.7.mat'. No such file or directory.

Error in deepgene_data_setup (line 16)
load(clusterName);

Could you please explain how to solve this problem?

I get the same error message! Did you manage to resolve it?

I haven't. I asked the corresponding author, He said the person developed the tool is not available.

The code for CGF doesn't make any sense. Jaccard coefficient is mentioned in the paper, but nowhere it's being used in the code.
