Incorrect Wallet Installation Instructions Under Releases v1.1

Simply put, I followed the steps under releases a couple weeks back (Windows 10), but the wallet did not work, and I gave up. Sorry I did not screenshot the error... However, I decided to give it another go and zclassic.org had the solution right here:

Just installing the wallet without the extra steps worked just fine and I'm currently running a ZCL node.

I suggest updating the release notes.

Syncing to peers was still not working.

It seems you can even download the provided blockchain data from the Reddit link, but DO NOT USE THE peers.dat file. Otherwise the wallet will break.

I appears to be syncing with Eleos and zclassic GUI wallet now.
