Ajouter un délai minimal (genre 30s) entre deux envois pour limiter l'exploitation ou l'abus ?

De manière plus générale, avoir de quoi limiter les abus par des personnes malintentionnées serait pas mal : actuellement, ce n'est protégé que par le fait que le service est inconnu. Moyen.
