HP ILO snmpv2 updated for zabbix-6+

Rename from json to yaml (for whatever reason github doesn't want that as an upload).

There were a couple temperature limits missing causing this template to always alert whenever the temperature of some of the motherboard chips reached 50C (pretty typical in normal operation with their limits being at 90C), which is the default TEMP_MAX. I changed it to read out these temp limits like the others using OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.6.8.1.5.0.X

Otherwise, just updated to yaml format for modern zabbix. This template works better for ilo4 and earlier than the existing ilo5 template, which we still have several servers with.
