Awesome project, very useful.
I tried it with an existing canvas I simply copied to public/obsidian/home.canvas.
Unfortunately the edges do not get rendered and in the developer console I get multiple times:

[React Flow]: Couldn't create edge for source handle id: "undefined", edge id: a412cc99e1ebcd66. Help: https://reactflow.dev/error#008

Any ideas?

downgrading ReactFlow to v11.4.2 fixed the connection issue

The kind devs of webkid helped over at xyflow/xyflow#2840 to debug this issue.
If I can manage I will submit a PR to fix this.

Parse and add handle directions

fixes zachdoty#1, which is caused by having multiple handles in the custom nodes but missing handle specs in the edges
