OCR of images and pdf files to search like Evernote?

As the title says, I am hoping that there is a way to add OCR to images and pdf files in Trilium. It makes it so easy to search for receipts and recipes without needing to manually tag them. I could easily search for say "pants" and it would bring back all of my receipts that have a line item that is pants. The same for recipes that I take pictures of. Being able to search for "chicken" without needing to go through and manually tag everything would be invaluable!

Any ideas?
