create separate console app, which will provide ability to interact with main application from the terminal

  • add http api to main application
  • create console app
  • implement main app access via HttpClient
  • display calculated values in UI window
  • add ability to start/stop jobs
  • export received values to .sql file
  • show progress bar during values loading
  • immediately calculate values
  • apply visible values to database server
  • show error messages
  • view application logs (?)
