How to stream a live YouTube video feed #5

Is there a way to make tge video plugin on Kodi stream a live video feed from YouTube?
I have the channel ID and the url, I just can't figure out how to stream the live feed. The video ID of the feed does change.

Nope sorry, I don't think plugintools has that feature.
