Documentation in react-plot-docs

We would like to write a userguide about how to use react-plot in the following project: https://github.com/zakodium/react-plot-docs. This is just the setup of the project but I think we could go pretty far.

It uses docusaurus and a plugin that allows to have "live" component in which you can directly edit the code and see immediately the result. The published version of the docs is available on http://react-plot.zakodium.com/ and you can test it.

@wadjih-bencheikh18 Some more advance example will be directly placed in the documentation project. If you have time you could have a look at https://github.com/zakodium/react-plot-docs/labels/Wadjih
