Image size: 720 * 720.
OpenCV version: 4.8.
CPU: AMD R7-5800H( 8 cores 16 threads).

OpenCV took 0.23 ms

Ours:
Memory Management took 1.32 ms
Memory Management + SIMD took 0.63 ms
Memory Management + SIMD + Parallel Processing took 0.74 ms.

It seems parallel doesn't work.
