In my effort to keep my terminal snappy, I occasionally run into issues where one of the plugins is slowing things down. I'd really like to be able to see the speed of each plugin loading.

Describe the proposed feature.

Rather than pollute my zshrc file with multiple lines of measure and print statements, it would be great if the plug function could read a global environment variable to print loading times.

Also, planning to try and see if I can implement this myself to offer as a pull request.

This change adds loading time telemetry to `plug` to print out duration
in support of troubleshooting. This change address zap-zsh#189
