This PR introduces a run module for running IO-bound and CPU-bound functions (see #1609).
It's still work in progress, needs documentation and testing.
I'm also unsure about the filename, since run.py is already taken. So I moved the code to run_executor.py and allow importing it like from nicegui import run.

What about naming it exec.py?
