Hi,

I am interested in using this workflow to analyze my eCLIP data and have yet to gain experience in eCLIP data analysis. I have analyized a eCLIP data and got “results” file folder. How to understand the obtained “ensembl.csv” file? How to visually call up rich peak areas?

Thanks for your time.

Hello,
thanks for showing interest in RCRUNCH. As described in the README file, there is an example case of some ENCODE eCLIP samples. The ensembl.csv file is just a table version of the provided gtf file used to make some downstream processes faster. The peak predictions are the bed files found within each of the samples. I will update the readme with the exact architecture soon to enable better understanding of the method.

Hello,
Thanks for your answer. So, is it target genes that may be combined with RBD protein in ensembl.csv? Can we get bed files?
