就是我想将蓝奏云上传弄到github actions里，但不想经常弄cookie(可以逝世用repository secrets加传参再json解析到我要写的python文件里)，，失效的话只能浏览器重新弄？

是的，具体时间我也没测过，只要不换设备登录，好像可以用挺久的
