Description:
After each build the notify workflow runs and fails. I don't know what the workflow does but the certificate of the website called is invalid.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run build or notify workflow

Where did the issue occur?

  • GitHub Actions

I think we can just remove it. It is no longer used.
