Setting the default user group membership #301

Trying to set a default user group membership via:

client.users.find(id: 1000).group_memberships.find(id: 1000).make_default

or

client.users.find(id: 1000).group_memberships[0].make_default

Both returns nil and neither seems to be using the proper REST path of /users/:id/group_memberships/:id/make_default. How can I get this working?
