The following binary blobs are to be introduced:

1- LinkLayer_BLE_Full_lib.a
2- stm32wba_ble_stack_llo.a

The origin of these binary blobs is the STMicroelectronics STM32WBA Cube package repository: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeWBA/raw/v1.2.0/Middlewares/ST/STM32_WPAN/
