Some question about the Results

When using the "-subsample_x 80" parameter, I get Figure 1, and when I use the "-subsample_x 120" parameter, you get Figure 2. Why does the result on the graph look less when more data is used? Thanks very much.

subsample is random. Perhaps the tandem repeats are rare and alter in different run.
