请问命令行中的-hic merged_nodups.hic 这个是juicer运行出来的 inter_30.hic还是merge_nodups.txt

是由merge_nodups.txt转换的：

java -jar 3d-dna/visualize/juicebox_tools.jar pre -n aligned/merged_nodups.txt merged_nodups.hic ref.fa.chrom.sizes

其中ref.fa.chrom.sizes是参考基因组的染色体长度信息。
