如题"今年中秋节和明年国庆节的天气如何"，会识别为timespan，用户应该是想识别出一个timestamp的list

这个库的逻辑是，如果在句子里找到两个时间词，输出就是两个时间词分别对应的timestamp组成的timespan。只有一个时间词那就是timestamp。

今年中秋节和明年国庆节的输出为

'timespan': ['2019-09-13 00:00:00', '2020-10-01 00:00:00']

要想将其作为timestamp，可以将列表里的两个元素分别取出来。
