Attic doesn't create the sqlite db itself if a config file is preprovisioned.

I want to use the sqlite database but i also want to provision a configuration file.

In a containerised context in kubernetes, when the configuration file is provisioned in the expected path it should then also create the sqlite.db in the configured path.

The only way to make attic create the sqlite db for now, is to run the atticd command once without any configuration file first.
