我确认我运行的是最新版本的代码，并且安装了所需的依赖，在FAQS中也未找到类似问题。

是否是先运行app.py开启80端口，然后去微信公众号网站进行服务器配置？

因为用netstat -tuln查看，发现没有80端口。
