Tutorial confusion

This github is like selling doors, windows and components on a vehicle platform with no price tag and no direction menu. I mean it certainly takes a long time to convert tensorflow version to torch version, would you mind add another 10 minutes to specify how to train it, the directory of datasets and something like that? I mean not for beginner, but these are necessary information for all developers.
