Will this library be maintained?

I've noticed this library no longer receives updates or bug fixes. The last commit to master was 2 years ago. There are a lot of open issues and pull requests.

The question arises if there are plans to maintain this project or is it now completely dead?

I can't find a list of maintainers, but according to the latest pull request merges those are: @REBOOTERS , @mthli , @gejiaheng,
According to info on https://github.com/zhihu there are two people in this organization: @jollychang , @wayhome

If there are no plans to do anything with this library, then it would be a good idea to create a fork, find new maintainers and at least merge pull requests from the community.
