Inconsistent training time between PaGraph and DGL。 #3

Dataset： LiveJournal
model：GCN
Timing method：torch.cuda.synchronize(rank)
t1 = time.time()

The train code time is not same in PaGraph and DGL，PaGraph less 1s。
I want to know why？
