[Feature Request] Add Persian language support & [Bug] Problem in displaying network information in Windows 10 #1887

Description of the problem or suggestion:

Please check the following issue:

Problem: In Windows 10, incorrect information is displayed when monitoring the network status. The app seems to be incompatible with some network adapters.
Suggestion: Adding Persian language support in the user interface can improve the experience of Iranian users.

Steps to Reproduce (if there is a problem):

Run the program on Windows 10.
Go to the Network Monitoring section.
The displayed information is incorrect.

System environment:

Operating system: Windows 10 (version 22H2)
Program version: v1.78.2
CPU: Intel Core i5-12400
RAM: 16GB

Suggestion or solution:

Improved compatibility with network drivers in Windows 10.
Add an option to change the user interface language.
