Update the googlemaps api stuff to PHP class php-google-map-api

Not sure it going for that class is the best solution BTW :-) It adds another layer that is updated seperately of Google.
I just wrote it down in Content to don't forget looking at it. The direct usage of the JavaScript? api of google is also not hard, especially since v3 of the api they have improved a lot.

And the API key is not needed any more for tje JS api v3 :-D !

I've added comments to several tickets on the googlemaps stuff. Maybe a plugin for Content of Locations could replace the googlemaps plugin in Content later on.
