zikula 1.3 compatibility issues

So far, I have found the following modifications required to be compatible with zikula 1.3:

remove =& and use = 

(pnadmin.php line 132, pnuser.php line 130)

require_once 'system/pnForm/plugins/function.pnformvalidationsummary.php'; (block.locationsFormFrame.php line 12) is not functional. commenting out the line makes it functional, but not sure if this changes functionality.

tried the two hacks of 1.
hack of 2 is not valid anymore in ci#3066 (I think)

but installation is not possible with or without the hack of 1.

Hi,
kompatibel Locations 2.0.1 mit Zikula 1.3.9 ?
bei installation das Locations in Zikula 1.3.9 kommt die selber Fehler

Fehler: "The 'erweiterungen' module returned an error in 'initialise'.
Die Verbindung zur Datenbank ist fehlgeschlagen: could not find driver"
