This would hold for all editors. So is certain html tags are not supported, then also don't show. Needs quite some logic of course and mapping of tags onto editor plugins.

certainly for short term. It is a good ticket, but not for now.
Of course one can disable stuff via custconfig if needed to remove buttons for clients in a specific case.
