When using 0x03AC0b1b952C643d66A4Dc1fBc75118109cC074C send txn using nonce 1881541, it shows
ValueError({'code': 3, 'message': 'ErrorObject { code: ServerError(3), message: "insertion of another transaction with the same nonce is in progress", data: Some(RawValue("0x")) }', 'data': '0x'})
But we can not find pending transaction. We try to increase gas price to overwrite pending transaction, it still does not work.
