Setting Windows' scale above 100% before launching causes the rendering to bug out #39

When I put the window into full screen and then back to a regular size it seems to solve the issue, but it does so by ignoring the scale setting and just rendering at "100%" instead of what I have set in Windows settings ("125%").

Should note that this issue occured with the "main" example.

@generatively currently there is no HiDPI support in Gazpatcho. I believe that there is nothing in imgui-rs (the library used for GUI rendering) that would prevent that though. Although I don't plan to work on this myself, I would be happy to review patches introducing HiDPI.
