Each time the developer pushes code, ingest runs and loads the output data into Postgres. Right now it is difficult for the developer to know when the ingest completed. They need to go to the GH actions tab and look at the status of the workflow

We should add a "Last Data Load" timestamp to the PR label that will help the developer understand when the data has been ingested into postgres.
