Probably part of zoia check. E.g. I might want to ban jesus or christ from a fic that doesn't take place in our modern world.

Probably needs to be able to ban regexes too, e.g. breath [^ ]+ didn't realize [^ ]+ [^ ]+ holding (that phrase is a personal gripe).
