Support same page heading links

If there are links within a page to a different section, e.g. [Classical Information and Computation](#classical-information-and-computation), currently it'll add the name of the file to the link, like so: [Classical Information and Computation](wongIntroductionClassicalQuantum.md#classical-information-and-computation).

Is there any way to leave this as is? i.e. without appending the .md filename.
