7.29 发起技能讨论招募，招募期 [7.29-7.31]
7.31 再次发起招募，强调对学习型社群的讨论
根据参与者兴趣，分成两个小组
- 小司机-维果组
- 小司机-柴可夫组
  小司机与老司机对应，意为技能初学者，名字取离散值，分别来自对学习理论有重要贡献的心理学家维果斯基（技能讨论组）和交响乐音乐家柴可夫斯基（学习社群）
柴可夫组在时间上同步上遇到困难，同步交流较少。但是子午鸟踊跃发起电话沟通，增加了沟通效率，缺点是无完整谈话记录。
维果组在讨论结束后，有成员主动在组内寻找小伙伴，探索新的强链接学习圈。
