Hello ...

I'm facing some problems using less as PAGER:

PAGER=less man cp # output is garbage
PAGER=more man cp # is working
PAGER=  man cp # no output // not an zopen problem ;)

man cp | less # is working

I was able to further isolate the problem. Ultimately, it is not due to less. If I set _BPXK_AUTOCVT to ON, it works. Unfortunately, we currently have to set this variable to ALL. It looks like the different conversion routines of IBM behave differently.

I have reopened this issue, because the Rocket port also works with _BPXK_AUTOCVT=ALL
