V1: Default protocol should be HTTPS, but get socket hang-up if missing #108

Describe the bug

A socket hangup occurs if the protocol is not specified (which indicates that the extension has http as the default)

Expected and actual results

Expected the CICS extension to default to https instead of http.

All V1 profiles and using the SCS plugin (with Zowe-Plugin ZE configuration)

Additional context

Tested on CICS v1.3.0 (from 2 years ago)
