Is your request for enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

The doc tells you to run zowe-install-xmem.sh, but that requires its target datasets to exist. The doc merely says

create or edit APF-authorized load libraries, program properties table (PPT) entries, and a parmlib. This requires familiarity with z/OS.

Describe the solution you'd like

The doc should say

run this script ...
or
run this job ...
or
run this TSO command

See allocate-dataset.sh as a possible script.
