Add info about identifying the currently installed APIML version. "Using API ML" section, new topic "Identify currently installed API ML version" or new heading in Troubleshooting https://zowe.github.io/docs-site/latest/troubleshoot/troubleshoot-apiml.html

engineer - "There are multiple ways how users can find out what version is running: it is displayed on login screen, stored in manifest.json file in Zowe root directory, in the name of the installation PAX file, probably in the log files. We should instruct our support how to ask for it. I will add it to the installation slides." "
