原版是好用的，很奇怪

实测1.30版本无效，但是1.21版本正常。
ThinkPad neo14 6800H win11 22h2

你可以看这两个版本的区别：
v1.2.1...v1.3.0

是通过延迟启动解决启动卡顿问题了么，不过我等了30s到5分钟，通过任务管理器，还是看不到进程启用效能模式，怪了。。。

白名单和当前聚焦的进程不会进入效能模式，这是默认的白名单列表：

1.21版本，勾选后，能效模式可以立即生效
1 21

1.30版本，勾选后等待5分钟以上，非白名单进程也无法进入能效模式
1 30

百思不得其解
