Hello Zolt,

I would like to present a feature request for the Excalibrain plugin, specifically regarding the sidebar functionality.

Currently, the sidebar view is possible but limited due to the existing configuration options. To enhance its usability, I propose the following improvements:

  1. Remove the two filter/setting bars at the top of the sidebar to increase available viewing space:

  2. Relocate the filtering bar to the side (right or left, configurable via settings) [Mock]:

3. Allow users to edit the default percentage view in the configuration settings. / if that is not possible, than I played around, and 45% is quite a decent setting. is not necessary, when turning autozoom off.

  1. Implement automatic sidebar configuration detection:
    • You already have the "filepath of Excalibrain drawing" setting.
    • If this setting recognizes the folder, allow for two files: Excalibrain.md and Excalibrain-sidebar.md
    • Automatically use the sidebar configuration when Excalidraw is within the sidebar.

These changes would significantly improve the user experience by maximizing the viewing area and providing more flexible configuration options.

I would be happy to provide any additional information or clarification if needed.

Thank you for considering this feature request.
