Describe the bug

The recent update to Excalidraw plugin version 2.6.8 has introduced a bug where the mouse now draws instead of panning/dragging the canvas, even when Pen Mode is enabled, and single finger panning is on/off. Before the update, I could use a drawing tablet to exclusivley draw, erase, and select elements: while using mouse to pan only.

Steps to reproduce

Update Excalidraw to version 2.6.8.
Attempt to use the mouse to pan the canvas while using a pen for drawing.

Expected behavior

The mouse should only pan the canvas.
The pen should be exclusively used for drawing.

Additional context

Previous Version (2.6.7):
Mouse panning worked flawlessly.
Pen was exclusively used for drawing.
Drawing Tablet: VEIKK A15 Pro
