siyuan-plugin-webapp版本号：v2.1.2

场景：日常有些网页中会在新的标签页中打开新的页面，自定义web应用-部分网页会直接调起默认浏览器打开新的页面

特性建议/特性请求：
在web工具集成插件中，web应用-自定义网页：当自定义的网页应用在新的标签页打开新的页面时，通过思源打开新的页面，而不是通过默认浏览器打开新的页面
