It looks good, but I wonder if it'll be clear to people what the GSA GitHub org is, why it's separate from the 18F one, and why they might want/need to join it. Would it be useful to add information along those lines?

@stvnrlly Context is always good. I'm not exactly sure I know enough about the GSA GitHub org to write a good blurb for it. Would you be able to do that? I'm more than happy to write one if you can point me to some existing documentation on it.

Otherwise, I think it's 👍

I also don't know that information about the GSA GitHub org, which is what prompted my comment. Something simple like

The GSA GitHub org is managed by [team that manages it]. It's used to house [types of projects that go in the org], and is open to [requirements for membership].

could be good. It looks like https://open.gsa.gov/ might have more relevant information.

We already have @GSA listed under https://handbook.18f.gov/github/#organizations - want to consolidate? https://open.gsa.gov/code/ would be a good place to point to, yeah.

This is all handled by #890. Happy to accept new PRs if others don't agree.
