[Portuguese] Updating 2023/refractive-index-questions #103

I made a few adjustments to the Portuguese translation of the "light faster than C" video! The automated translation seemed kind of good, just a bit formal. There were some moments however, such as when describing rolling shutter, where it used terms that aren’t used in regular contexts in Portuguese (such as with filter names in Adobe), and others where the translation bugged out when dealing with some more advanced terms (especially when talking about the circularly polarized lights, where it interpreted left-handed cpl as in human dexterity, and used the human words for that). Especially at the end of the provided sentences, there were moments where it put a period in the middle of the end of the sentence, instead of at the actual end. (kind of like if. it did this)

Per @Leone on the pt Discord channel, I changed comprimento da onda to comprimento *de* onda, since the latter is more academically used, compared to the former being overly casual. :)
