To reset Visual Assist trial do the following steps:
- Remove "%TMP%\1489AFE4.TMP" file
- Delete "HKCU\Software\Licenses" key
- [For VS admin mode] Launch the Process Monitor (disable capture, just launch it)
- [Re]start Visual Studio
